Abstract:
To provide a light-weight fluid transport pipe with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A fluid transport pipe 1 is mainly composed of a flexible pipe 3, a resin layer 5, an internal pressure reinforcement layer 9, an axial force reinforcement layer 11, and a protective layer 13. The resin layer 5 is provided on an outer periphery of the flexible pipe 3. The resin layer 5 shields fluid flowing inside the flexible pipe 3. The flexible pipe 3 and the resin layer 5 constitute an inner pipe 7. The internal pressure reinforcement layer 9 is provided on an outer periphery of the inner pipe 7. The internal pressure reinforcement layer 9 is a reinforcement layer mainly for inner pressure of the fluid flowing inside the flexible pipe 3. The internal pressure reinforcement layer 9 is formed by winding a fiber reinforcement tape. A periodically uneven shape in a longitudinal direction is formed on one surface of the overlapped fiber reinforcement tape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
