Title:
IMAGE CAPTURING OPTICAL SYSTEM, CAMERA DEVICE, AND STEREO CAMERA DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2021139955
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an image capturing optical system which offers sufficient imaging performance, employs plastic lenses, and is capable of compensating for deterioration in resolution associated with variation in ambient temperature.SOLUTION: An optical system consists of an aperture stop, a first lens group disposed on the object side of the aperture stop, and a second lens group disposed on the image side of the aperture stop, the first lens group consisting of a meniscus-shaped first lens having negative power and a meniscus-shaped second lens having positive power and the second lens comprising a third lens located next to the aperture stop, where the third lens is made of plastic and has a first surface that satisfies a condition expressed as: |c3a-c3b|/|c3a|>1, where c3a represents a local curvature near an optical axis and c3b represents a local curvature at a lens height of an outermost end of an effective diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23C
