To provide a control device for a human-powered drive vehicle which can contribute to usability, a server for transmitting information to a component for a human-powered drive vehicle, a communication system concerning a human-powered drive vehicle, and a component control method for a human-powered drive vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device for human-powered drive vehicle includes a control part which controls a motor for assisting propulsion of a human-powered drive vehicle. The control part controls the motor in a first control state that at least one of a first drive time of the motor assisting propulsion of the human-powered drive vehicle, a first drive frequency of the motor, a drive timing of the motor, a second drive time for driving the motor so that output of the motor becomes a predetermined output value or more, and a second drive frequency for driving the motor so that output of the motor becomes the predetermined output value or more is limited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
