Abstract:
To provide a tire 2 for heavy load which suppresses strain concentration to an end 68 of a folding part 56, and can ensure good durability.SOLUTION: A tire 2 comprises a pair of beads 10, a carcass 12, and a pair of reinforcement layers 18. A carcass ply 52 of the carcass 12 includes a ply body 54, and a pair of folding parts 56. A ratio of a height in a radial direction of the folding part 56 to a cross section height of the carcass 12 is 0.14 or more and 0.27 or less. An angle between a filler cord 70 of the reinforcement layer 18 and a carcass cord 72 of the carcass 12 is 20° or more and 50° or less. In a radial direction, an end 64 of an outside part 60 of the reinforcement layer 18 is positioned on an inner side with respect to an end 68 of the folding part 56, a radial distance from the end 68 of the folding part 56 and the end 64 of the outside part 60 is 6 mm or more and 14 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
