Abstract:
To provide a lid lock device for vehicle capable of improving assembly workability of the lid lock device for vehicle in the case where the assembly direction of a heart cam formation member does not coincide with the groove depth direction of the heart cam groove.SOLUTION: A lid lock device for vehicle includes: a latch 3 constituted so as to freely oscillate, and engaged with a striker 21 fixed to a lid L; a shaft-like member 5 in which a heart cam groove 54 is formed on a side surface part 52, and which can freely oscillate integrally with the latch 3; a lock pin 7 whose tip part 71 is engaged with the heart cam groove 54; and a case 42 in which the shaft-like member 5 and the lock pin 7 are assembled with the shaft direction of the shaft-like member 5 being the assembly direction. At the side surface part 52 of the shaft-like member 5, an introduction groove 58 is formed which is formed extending from the heart cam groove 54 in the shaft direction so as to reach a front end surface 55 of the shaft-like member 5, and for guiding the tip part 71 of the lock pin 7 to the heart cam groove 54 when assembling the shaft-like member 5 and the lock pin 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
