Abstract:
To provide a supercharging pressure controller of an internal combustion engine capable of effectively suppressing failure of a device such as an internal combustion engine or a supercharger in a case where a variable nozzle sticks.SOLUTION: A supercharging pressure controller of an internal combustion engine comprises: a supercharger (turbocharger) 12 that is provided in an internal combustion engine (engine) 1, and controls a supercharging pressure PB by changing an opening degree AVG of a variable nozzle 124; rotation speed acquisition means (rotation speed sensor 9) that acquires a rotation speed (engine rotation speed NE) of the internal combustion engine; and opening degree limiting means (ECU 20) that when the acquired rotation speed exceeds a predetermined value NETH, limits the opening degree of the variable nozzle based on the rotation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
