Abstract:
To provide a management system for managing entrance and exit of a room that is used by a plurality of different users sharing the use of electric equipment in the room, the management system being further enhanced in security without using a security card.SOLUTION: A management system 1 includes: a management server 7 managed by a manager 3 using a manager terminal 5; a reservation site 13 that is a site interlocked with the management server 7, the site allowing a reservation by each of users 11 to use a room 9; and a security code 19 that can be displayed on each of user terminals 15 by its being issued in response to that each user 11 had access to the reservation site 13 via an information communication network 17 using an own user terminal 15 and the reservation of the room 9 has been completed, the code being effective only for a fixed time from the issuing; wherein the security code 19 serves as a release code for releasing a lock to open a door of the room 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
