Abstract:
To provide a method by which an optically active cis-aminopiperidine having high purity can be produced without the need for protecting both of two amino groups of aminopiperidine.SOLUTION: A method for producing an optically active cis-aminopiperidine has: a step for producing an optically active body by converting a racemic-cis-nipecotamide (2) into an optically active body; and a rearrangement step for converting the resultant optically active cis-nipecotamide (3) into an optically active cis-aminopiperidine (4) by CO-removal rearrangement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
