Abstract:
To provide a linear actuator which enables a shaft to move quickly from its stopped state.SOLUTION: A motor 12 is provided within a housing. A cylindrical body 14 having a female screw 14a is rotated by the motor. A shaft 17 has a male screw 17a which is threadedly engaged with the female screw of the cylindrical body at a part thereof. A projection 19 is provided at the shaft. A guide part 20 is provided along the shaft in the housing, guides the projection, and has bending parts 20a, 20b, bend obliquely relative to a shaft moving direction, in at least one end part as seen in the shaft moving direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
