Abstract:
To enable quick detection of misalignment of an axial center of a tire molding drum, and to form high quality tires while suppressing the decrease in tire production efficiency.SOLUTION: A tire molding device includes detection means for detecting misalignment of an axial center of a tire molding drum. The detection means includes: display means including a first mark portion and a second mark portion provided on a support shaft; and photographing means including a first photographing unit for photographing the first mark portion and acquiring its position information and a second photographing unit for photographing the second mark portion and acquiring its position information. The first mark portion and the second mark portion are arranged at an angle θ of 90°±45° in a circumferential direction of the support shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
