Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of a composite paper yarn, which can save manpower and labor and mass-produce an inexpensive composite paper yarn.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A paper yarn manufacturing device 10 of the present invention comprises a slitter 16, which silts a paper sheet 12 fed out from a paper role 14 into a plurality of narrow paper tapes 18 in feed direction, and a distributor 22 that distributes a plurality of slit Japanese paper tapes 18 respectively. The paper yarn manufacturing device is configured to manufacture a composite paper yarn by allowing each of the plurality of Japanese paper tapes 18 distributed by the distributor 22 to be slipped by a slip roller 24 and fed to a plurality of covering machines 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
