Abstract:
To improve the heat dissipation of a planar transformer after standardizing a metallized layer connected to each wiring layer.SOLUTION: In a planer coil component, at least two of a plurality of insulating layers are formed with a first metallized layer, a second metallized layer, and a third metallized layer, and the third metallized layer is formed at a position on the first direction side so as to be separated from the first metallized layer and the second metallized layer, and a first wiring layer is arranged so as to straddle between the end portion of the second metallized layer on the first direction side and the third metallized layer and is arranged so as not to straddle between the end portion of the first metallized layer on the first direction side and the third metallized layer, and a second wiring layer is arranged so as to straddle between an end of the first metallized layer on the first direction side and the third metallized layer, and is arranged so as not to straddle the end portion of the second metallized layer on the first direction side and the third metallized layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
