To provide an editing device, an editing system and an editing program capable of suppressing a difference between the appearance of a label obtained as a result of editing a printing content and the appearance of a label disposed on a base.SOLUTION: A CPU of the editing device displays a label frame 600 in a layout area 153. The CPU designates the color of the base on which a label is disposed. The CPU displays a transparent area 601 in the label frame 600 in the designated color of the base.
