Abstract:
To safely and simply perform operation for moving a board between a housing location and a using location.SOLUTION: A getting-on/off assisting device for a vehicle comprises a board 10 capable of moving between a horizontal posture which is substantially horizontal at a seat side part position located on a door opening part 110 of a vehicle seat 104a and an orthogonal posture which is substantially orthogonal to a vehicle width direction in a cabin. A support part 20 provided between the board 10 and a vehicle body can rotate around an axis extending in the vehicle width direction between the seat side part position and a front leap-up position, and is pivotally supported by the vehicle body. Furthermore, the board is rotatably supported with respect to the support part 20 around the axis orthogonal to the vehicle width direction so as to take a horizontal posture when the support part 20 is located at the seat side part position, and take an orthogonal posture when the support part 20 is located at a leap-up position. Furthermore, a grip part 24 is disposed at a position outside a rotation range R10 with respect to the support part 20 of the board 10 in the support part 20, and also at a position behind the board 10 when the support part is at the leap-up position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
