Abstract:
To suppress the tilting of a cylindrical bowl 21 with respect to a machine body frame 1 (an upper frame 2) of a gyratory crusher.SOLUTION: An annular double acting hydraulic cylinder 22 is formed between a machine body frame 1 and a bowl 21, and the hydraulic cylinder elevates the bowl. A mantle core 8 is attached to a rotary shaft 4 so as to eccentrically rock, and a bowl liner 10 is attached to the bowl oppositely to a mantle 9. By rotations of the rotary shaft, the mantle is swiveled and rotated to crush an article P to be crushed which is fed in between the mantle and he bowl liner there. An upper outer peripheral portion of the bowl 21 is supported by a cylindrical supporting member 30 to suppress the tilting of the bowl. In this way, if supporting the periphery of the upper outer peripheral portion of the bowl corresponding to a piston of the annular cylinder, the elevation of the bowl (piston) is fixed on an axis, the tilting is suppressed as much as possible. A fixing member 34 and a moving member 33 are overlapped on tapered surfaces 34a and 33a, and a hydraulic cylinder 36 presses the moving member to restrain movement in a radial direction of the supporting member and the bowl.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
