Abstract:
To provide a hydraulic apparatus with position detector capable of simplifying an adjustment step in a manufacture step and an adjustment step at the time of integration into a mother machine without integrating a servo amplifier.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic apparatus with position detector, feedback control is performed by a servo amplifier on the basis of a deviation between a command value of a command signal and a position detection value from a position detector. The hydraulic apparatus with position detector comprises: an arithmetic processing unit which outputs the position detection value as a detection signal; a communicator which transmits the detection signal to the servo amplifier and receives a signal from the servo amplifier; and a storage unit in which property information of the hydraulic apparatus is stored so as to be read out via the communicator. The property information of the hydraulic apparatus includes at least: calibration information which is measured and acquired by a test stand of the hydraulic apparatus beforehand and in which the position detection value from the position detector is made correspondent to a property value of the hydraulic apparatus; and flow rate property information in which a flow rate of the hydraulic apparatus is made correspondent to the command signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
