Abstract:
To determine the quality related to the taste of a perishable product by using objective data indicating the state of the perishable product.SOLUTION: A determination device 100 comprises: an analysis unit 120 that has a learned model that is machine-learned for state information representing the objective state of a perishable product by using artificial evaluation on the quality related to the taste of the perishable product; and a data acquisition unit 110 that acquires state information on a perishable product to be determined. The analysis unit 120 inputs the state information acquired by the data acquisition unit 110 to the learned model to determine the quality related to the taste of the perishable product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
