To reduce the burden associated with nursing record entry on care workers.SOLUTION: A nursing record generation system provided herein comprises: utterance means configured to utter questions related to contents used for nursing records to obtain answers from care recipients during dialogue with care recipients using a dialog device configured to exchange dialogue with care recipients; storage means for storing answers to the questions from care recipients; analysis means for analyzing information obtained from stored answers; and recording means configured to record text information in nursing records using analyzed information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
