Abstract:
SOLUTION: To detect a target sequence by the following steps of: a preparing step of preparing a reaction mixture including a nucleic acid amplification reagent and a sample for isothermal amplification reaction; an isothermal amplification step of executing isothermal amplification reaction in the reaction mixture to acquire an isothermal amplification product; and a detecting step of detecting the isothermal amplification product specific to the target sequence, in which the nucleic acid amplification reagent includes at least two kinds of amplification primers which amplify in isothermal amplification, with a nucleic acid including at least one target sequence, as an extension chain, with respect to a nucleic acid including the at least one target sequence, in which the at least one kind of the primer has a first label, the reaction mixture includes at least one kind of a detection primer including, an identification sequence for hybridizing to the at least one kind of the target sequence specifically, and a second label associated with at least one kind of the target sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
