Abstract:

To provide a copper alloy that has excellent machinability and electrical conductivity and can prevent solidification cracking during casting and enables stable casting, and a copper alloy continuous casting material composed of the copper alloy.SOLUTION: A copper alloy contains Pb of 0.8 mass% or more and 1.5 mass% or less and P of 0.008 mass% or more and 0.020 mass% or less, with the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities.
