Abstract:
To provide a chain guide capable of providing a position, trajectory and length of contact with a chain for optimum performance with a common design even in a case where chains used are different.SOLUTION: A chain guide 100 comprises a guide surface 110 that slides and guides a traveling chain and at least one mounting 123 part. The guide surface 110 has a guide surface 111 extending in a longitudinal direction, and a second guide surface 112 provided so as to project in parallel with the first guide surface 111. A height at which the second guide surface 112 protrudes from the first guide surface 111 has a portion different in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
