Abstract:
To provide a tank manufacturing method capable of suppressing peeling of a terminal of a fiber bundle to be fixed onto an outer surface of a reinforcement layer.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tank comprises: a winding step of winding a fiber bundle where an outer peripheral surface of a liner is impregnated with thermosetting resin and forming a reinforcement layer; and a fixing step of fixing a terminal part of the fiber bundle to an outer surface of the reinforcement layer. The fixing step has the following in this order: bringing an end part of a heating fixture whose end part has a projection R-shape in contact with an outer surface of the reinforcement layer; fixing the terminal part of the fiber bundle to the outer surface of the reinforcement layer by causing the end part of the heating fixture to pass the terminal part of the fiber bundle in a winding direction of the fiber bundle and to relatively move the end part of the heating fixture along the outer surface of the reinforcement layer, and thus thermally hardening the thermosetting resin impregnating the terminal part of the fiber bundle; and separating the end part of the heating fixture from the surface of the reinforcement layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
