To provide a human resources demand prediction method, a device, an electronic device, computer readable storage media, and a computer program for not only reflecting a trend of market demand relative to skill but also predicting demand of highly accurate human resources that focuses on human resources demand of mainly a company.SOLUTION: A human resources demand prediction method determines a target human resources demand time series and an auxiliary human resources demand time series based on history job offer demand information, integrates the target human resources demand time series and the auxiliary human resources demand time series to obtain a forward demand time series, and determines new demand information of the target human resources based on the forward demand time series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
