Abstract:
To provide a technology which can further suppress rise of a temperature of an organ at transplantation of the organ to a recipient, and can suppress damage of the organ.SOLUTION: An organ accommodation vessel 1 has elasticity, and has a bag-shaped flank part 20 having an opening 21. In a non-loaded state, a maximum width of the opening is smaller than a maximum width of the flank part. The opening is extensible up to a state that the maximum width of the opening is larger than the maximum width of the flank part. An inner face 200 of the flank part includes a first region 30 being a smooth curved face, and a second region 40 having an irregular shape. Since the inner face of the flank part has the irregular shape, preservation liquid intrudes into a clearance between an organ and the inner face, and a temperature holding effect is enhanced. Also, by forming a non-irregular smooth first region in a region in which a scratch is liable to remain out of the inner face, formation of a scratch mark can be suppressed. Therefore, rise of a temperature of the organ can be effectively suppressed, and damage of the organ can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
