Abstract:
To disclose a manufacture method for a porous antimicrobial fiber brush.SOLUTION: A fiber master batch is made from raw materials such as superfine macroporous silica and a silver antibacterial agent, and a brush is made by melting and wire drawing, cutting, polishing and drying. Thus, a large number of micropores are formed on a surface of the brush so that cosmetic residue on a skin surface and fine dirt in the pores can be adsorbed to efficiently clear up the skin. In addition, since the silver antibacterial agent is added to the master batch of the brush, bacterial proliferation during use can be inhibited to facilitate maintenance and securement of sanitation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
