Abstract:
To provide a cutting blade exchange device that can prevent galling from being generated between a male screw of a boss part and a nut and reduce loads acting on the nut, in screwing the nut to the male screw formed in the boss part of a spindle.SOLUTION: Cutting means 174 of a cutting device 170 is configured so that a flange is arranged at a tip of a spindle, a central opening part of a cutting blade 36 is inserted into a boss part protruding from a center of the flange and a nut is screwed to a male screw formed at an end portion of the boss part so as to mount the cutting blade 36 thereon. A cutting blade exchange device 2 includes a nut attachment/detachment unit 6 which comprises a nut holding part for holding the nut and a driving part for rotating the nut holding part. When the nut is screwed to the male screw formed at the end portion of the boss part of the cutting means 174, one of the nut attachment/detachment unit 6 and the cutting means 174 is moved in a Y-axis direction in synchronization with a speed at which the male screw moves in the Y-axis direction by being screwed to the nut, and the other of the nut attachment/detachment unit 6 and the cutting means 174 is made free in the Y-axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
