Abstract:
To reduce time and effort and mistakes in a user's input and convey a sheet in the optimal control condition.SOLUTION: A document conveying device 10 is provided with a document placement unit 60 (placement unit) on which a document D can be placed, and a mark reading sensor 85 (mark reading unit) that reads a mark M formed on a surface of the document D placed on the document placement unit 60. The document conveying device is further provided with control condition registration means 100, 110 for causing the mark reading sensor 85 to read the mark M on the document D while the document D is placed on the document placement unit 60, and registering a control condition for the document conveying device corresponding to the mark M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
