Abstract:
To program a semiconductor integrated circuit without arranging an exclusive terminal in a microphone and a writing system.SOLUTION: In a microphone 1, a semiconductor integrated circuit 2 includes a bias circuit 8 for a transducer, an amplifier 6 for a microphone, a current detection circuit 7, and a control circuit 10. The bias circuit for a transducer applies a voltage to the transducer 5 for the microphone. The amplifier for the microphone amplifies a signal from the transducer for the microphone and supplies the amplified signal to an output terminal 15. The current detection circuit is connected between the amplifier for the microphone and the output terminal so as to detect a current from the output terminal. The control circuit controls the amplifier for the microphone thereby to shift the output terminal into a high-impedance state in response to a current signal from the output terminal, and also starts a program operation for setting the bias circuit for the transducer and the amplifier for the microphone based on a program signal to be input from the output terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
