Abstract:
To detect falling of an optical element, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 includes: a board 11 on which a first electrode and a second electrode separated from each other are disposed: a light-emitting element that is disposed on the board and emits light upward in response to current being supplied by the first electrode and the second electrode; a first wall part 151 and a second wall part 152 that are disposed on the board so as to be apart from each other and surround the light-emitting element and are formed from conductive metal; a translucent optical element 16 that is disposed above the light-emitting element and on top surfaces of the first wall part and the second wall part; a conductive layer that is formed on the optical element and electrically connects the first wall part and the second wall part; and an inspection pair of terminals for detecting falling of the optical element that are disposed on the board and are electrically connected to the first wall part and the second wall part, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
