Abstract:
To provide a clamp device that can maintain high clamping force with a simple structure and adjust the clamping force.SOLUTION: Clamping operation force is applied to a connection point P2 at a lower end of a first link 31 by sliding a horizontal slider 20. A vertical straight-moving link 11 is made to move up into a first state where a clamp arm is brought into a clamping state and further the horizontal slider 20 is slid into a second state where the first link 31 and a second link 32 become linear shapes. A connection point P4 which is a fixed end of a fixed end member 40 is made to move down while receiving pressure from a spring mechanism 50, with a connection point P1 at a lower end of the vertical straight-moving link 11 as a fixed end, between the first state and the second state. Further the first link 31 and the second link 32 are brought into a third state where the links are bent in opposite directions while receiving pressure of the spring mechanism 50, by sliding the horizontal slider 20, then horizontal slider 20 is stopped, and clamping by the clamp arm is maintained in the third state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
