Abstract:
To provide a constitution of a motor valve capable of being assembled in a state that shaft centers of a housing case and a valve main body portion are aligned with high accuracy without requiring management of complicated assembly accuracy.SOLUTION: A motor valve 100 includes: a rotor shaft 131 fixed to a central axis CL of a magnetic rotor 141 and having a male screw portion 131a; a valve main body housing 111 provided with a valve chamber 111A, ports 111b, 111c, and a joining portion 111d; a female screw member 132 provided with a female screw portion 132b screw-connected to the male screw portion 131a; a metal fixture 133 formed into a plate shape and integrally fixed to the female screw member 132; and a cup-like housing case 151. An outer periphery of the metal fixture 133 is provided with a guide portion 133c formed along a virtual circle CI having a radius from the central axis CL to a farthermost part, and fitted to the inside of the housing case 151, and a welding portion 133d welded and fixed to the joining portion 111d of the valve main body housing 111 at a part excluding the guide portion 133c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
