To create a combined image using medical image data of a plurality of frames.SOLUTION: A medical image display apparatus comprises processing circuitry configured to: receive a plurality of frames each containing medical image data; prioritize the plurality of frames; on the basis of the prioritization, select regions of the medical image data based on one or more of the frames; and generate combined image data by combining the selected regions of the medical image data such that different regions of the combined image data contain the medical image data based on different ones of the frames.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
