Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title compound useful as reagent for fine synthesis of drugs, agricultural chemicals, etc., in high yield without using expensive reagents, by reacting an organic halide with a vinylsilane compound in the presence of a palladium catalyst and a organic base. CONSTITUTION:An organic halide shown by formula I (R<1> is n-functional organic group which is selected from n-functional aromatic group, n-functional heterocyclic aromatic group and n-functional unsaturated hydrocarbon group and has <=14 carbons; X is halogen bonded to sp<2> carbon in the n-functional organic group; n is 1-4 positive integer) is reacted with a vinylsilane compound shown by formula II (R<2> and R<3> are the same or different monofunctional groups selected from organic group, alkoxy and halogen atom; Y is halogen or alkoxy) by using 1-10n of the compound shown by formula II based on the compound shown by formula I at 50-250 deg.C to give a compound shown by formula III.
