PURPOSE:To reduce an input and output point, facilitate a key input operation and enable a reduction of total cost by a method wherein a previous operation control and a subsequent operation control are performed with a calculation means for an operation of a heating source device in response to an amount of thermal accumulation of a thermal accumulation tank detected by a detector means. CONSTITUTION:When an air conditioning operation is started, a remaining thermal accumulation heat QT is confirmed after a completion of an air conditioning operation in a previous day. If QT is larger than 0, a prior operation control for operating a heat source equipment 15 from an air conditioning starting time and in turn if QT is larger than 0, a subsequent operation control for keeping a stopped condition of the heat source equipment 15 is carried out at the air conditioning starting time. In case of the prior operating control, a micro-computer 10 may output ON instruction for the heat source equipment 15 at the time of starting of air conditioning operation, a thermal accumulation QT during operation and Hf(t) upon completion of operation are calculated at a calculation part 13. If QT is larger than Hf(t), a stop (OFF) instruction of the heat source equipment 15 is outputted. Then, the thermal accumulation QT during stopped condition of the heat source equipment 15 and the operation starting heat Hn(t) are calculated. If QT is lower than Hn(t), an operation (ON) instruction is outputted to the heat source equipment 15.
