Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily conduct a belt replacing work by one operator by movably placing a rotation transmitting wheel in contact with the end portion of a rotary shaft and moving the rotation transmitting wheel along the support table surface. CONSTITUTION:A discoidal support table 13 is fixed to the forward end portion of a rotary shaft 2. A pulley disc 1 is positioned on the support table 13 and fixed to a shaft 2 by a ring 3, a bushing 4 and screws 6. In case of detaching the ring 3 and the bushing 4 from the shaft 2, the pulley disc 1 is placed on the support table 13 without falling. The pulley disc 1 on the support table 13 is moved along the table 13 to secure gap A to replace a belt. Accordingly, it is not necessary to lift up a large pulley disc 1, so that a belt can be replaced only by one operator.
