Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a clogging of a filter member from being generated and extend a life of the filter by a method wherein a charging filter of fibers of large diameter is overlapped on a primary side and another charging filter of fiber of small diameter is overlapped on a secondary side. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting filter 14 is comprised of a main frame 15, an auxiliary frame 16 and an air filter member 17 held between both frames. This air filter member 17 is made such that the charging filter 18 and a deodorizing filter 19 are overlapped to each other and covered by a packaging member 20. In this way, the filter is covered by the packaging member 20, the filters 18 and 19 are hardly peeled off and easily handled. The changing filter 18 is comprised of fibers 25 which have different diameters for example, four types (the same weight). In case of the dust collecting filter 14, the first filter 21 (the largest filter fiber diameter of a high charging density so as to collect dust of large particles and coarse), and the second to fourth filters 22 to 24 having dusts of smaller diameter with their electrical charging density being gradually decreased. In this way, the particle dusts having different diameters are individually collected with each of the filters 21 to 24, resulting in that the clogging of the air filter member 17 is hardly generated.
