Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconductor to exhibit stable superconducting characteristics, by a coating thin film containing a superconductor constituent element with a coating film not to be chemically reacted with the thin film and having oxygen permeability to form a piled substance and heat-treating the piled substance in a specific temperature range. CONSTITUTION:A thin film 2 containing a superconductor constituent element is formed on the surface of a substrate 1 and a coating film 3 consisting of a substance not to be chemically reacted with the thin film 2 is made on the surface of the thin film 2 to prepare a piled substance. The piled substance is heat-treated in a temperature range of solid phase of >=1/2 melting point of the thin film 2 and the coating film 3 is maintained. Consequently, an oxide superconductor preventing phase change of component during heat treatment is obtained.
