Abstract:
PURPOSE:To hold a part to be captured without generating an excessive force by executing reliable primary capture in a way that a rodform part to be captured is captured simultaneously in one way by means of two sets of capture rods having high strength and rigidity, thereafter effecting positioning within a plane by rotating the one set of the capture rods in a 90 deg. arc, and pressing the head of the part to be captured by means of a holding plate. CONSTITUTION:Feed mechanisms 5a and 5b are rotated by first rotational drive devices 1a and 1b from a state that capture rods 9X and 9Y are separated away from two ends, the capture rods 9X and 9Y secured to nuts 11a and 11b are moved in the direction of a center, and a rod 10 for capture is captured in the direction of an X-axis. Thereafter, by effecting slight opening so that the capture rod 9Y is rotatable, the capture 9Y is rotated in a 90 deg. arc by a second rotational drive device 2. Thereafter, by moving the capture rod 9Y, secured to a nut 11b, in the direction of a center, the rod 10 for capture is constrained in the direction of a Y-axis. Thereafter, a rotational drive device 13 is rotated, a holding plate 14 is moved in the direction of the rod 10 for capture, and by pressing a head X of the rod 10 for capture, the rod 10 for capture is held in a state to be constrained in the direction of a center.
