Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a good reproduction signal and to improve quality by forming guide grooves and bits in such a manner that the bases thereof are on the same plane and forming lands in such a manner that the front surfaces thereof are lower than the uppermost surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The guide grooves 2 are so formed that the bases thereof are flush with the bases of the bits 4. The transfer of the ruggedness of a resist layer to be bases of the guide grooves does not, therefore, arise in the process of the production. The lands 3 are so provided that the front surfaces thereof are lower than the uppermost surface of the substrate 1, by which the guide grooves 2 are maintained a prescribed depth d1. The good reproduction signal having no noises, is, therefore, obtd.
