Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use circuits in common and to reduce the circuit scale by switching respective circuits by a master CRTC switching circuit according to display modes. CONSTITUTION:The master CRT switching circuit 5 switches a CRTC controller which serves as a master according to a display mode between >=2 CRT controllers 3a and 3b corresponding to respective display systems and stores the current master CRT controller 3a or 3b or display mode. Thus, the master CRT controllers 3a and 3b can be switched, so the plural display systems are put together into one display device 10 and the same functions with respective display devices 10 are realized in the form of the display modes. Consequently, an increase in circuit scale due to display mode addition is prevented.
