Abstract:
PURPOSE: To speed up the processing by automatically conducting inspection of paper sheets, applying carrying-out processing to correct bonds after wrapping, applying shred processing to damaged bonds, and applying storage processing to bonds to be rechecked automatically respectively. CONSTITUTION: Plural sets of inspection machines 5 and pre-processing machines 4 being components of an inspection processing means are connected to a bundle processing machine 2 via a conveyor 3 being a bundle carrying machine, and the component machines and a processing machine for bond to be rechecked 6 are centrally controlled by a central control console 1. The pre-processing machine 4 receives wrapped paper sheets, breaks wrappings to separate automatically wrapping and paper sheets. The inspection machine 5 applies inspection processing to the paper sheets from the pre-processing machine 4 to obtain individual inspection information and classifies automatically the paper sheets into correct bonds which are used again, damaged bonds unable to be used again, and bonds to be rechecked requiring re-inspection based on the inspection information, and applies wrap processing and carrying processing to the correct bonds, applies invalid processing to the damaged bonds, and applies storage processing to the bonds to be rechecked respectively automatically.
