Abstract:
PURPOSE:To early cope with an abnormal state by controlling a contaminated air discharge fan according to signals of an ultraviolet ray sensor for detecting the ultraviolet ray of a flame, a gas sensor for detecting contaminated air and a temperature sensor for detecting hot air, and providing aging deterioration self-detecting and life informing means of the sensor. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet ray sensor 3 outputs a signal responsive to the intensity of an ultraviolet ray of a flame of a cooling device, a gas sensor 1 outputs a signal responsive to the concentration of contaminated air, and a temperature sensor 3 outputs a signal responsive to a hot air temperature to a control circuit 27. The circuit 27 momentarily determines the start of cooling from the ultraviolet signal due to ignition, drives a fan 24, determines the presence or absence and concentration of contaminated air and hot air due to the level change of gas and temperature signal, and drives the fan 24 in response thereto. It further varies lower operation temperature than the rated operation temperature of the sensor 2, knows deterioration degree from the resistance values, self-corrects aging deterioration, and informs the life of the sensor if it cannot correct it. The sensor 3 informs its life by an integrated time from the start of use. Thus, an abnormal state can be early coped.
