Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer hard aluminum foil for the anode of an electrolytic capacitor for low pressure in which dissolving loss to a hydrochloric acid series electrolyte at the time of etching treatment and its varying range are reduced and capable of providing stable and high capacitance. CONSTITUTION:This is constituted of aluminum foil having a componental compsn. constituted of 0.0020 to 0.0100% Si, 0.0015 to 0.0085% Fe, 0.0010 to 0.0080% Cu and the balance Al with <=0.010% other inevitable impurities and having a rolled texture in which the ratio of the (100) plane to the (110) plane in the crystal orientation, i.e., [(100)/(110)] is regulated to <=0.05.
