Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correct the influence due to hourly fluctuation of radiation beam intensity by providing slit parts to form a radiation beam incident on a radiation detector to a required thickness for a signal-use channel and for a referring channel, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray beam is generated from an X-ray tube 1, and X-ray detectors 3 in plural channels to detect the X-ray beam are arranged in sandwiching an area to be examined opposedly to the X-ray tube 1. A first slit 4a controls the thickness of the X-ray beam transmitted through the area 2 to be examined and made incident on a channel 3a for a signal of the X-ray detectors 3, and a second slit 2r specifies the thickness of the X-ray beam transmitted outside the area 2 to be examined and made incident on a channel 3r for referring of the X-ray detectors 3. Detected data from the channels 3a and 3r are inputted through a correcting part 8 to an image recomposing part 9, and a recomposed image is displayed on a display part 10.
