Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve linearly cutting properties and impact strength of a breakable film by mixing with a specified quantity of specific polymer substance, controlling conditions of melt extruding, and stretching cooled raw fabric film by specified stretching magnification. CONSTITUTION:40-85 pts.wt. of nylon 6 is mixed with 15-60 pts.wt. of metaxylene adipacide. When the mixture is melt and extruded by an extruder., the temperature in the extruder is controlled to 250-300 deg.C and the retention time is controlled to 10 or less. Then, it is cooled, a raw fabric film 11 is inserted between nip rolls 12. It is heated by a heater 13 while press-fitting gas, the air 15 is blown by an air ring 14 at a stretching starting point to expand a bubble 16. Then, it is taken OFF by nip rolls 17 on the downstream side to be simultaneously biaxially stretched in directions MD and TD. This stretching magnification is 2.8 times or more in both the directions MD and TD. The film 18 is thermally fixed at 210 deg.C in a tender type heat treating furnace to obtain the film 18.
