Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the freeze resistance of a multilayer bottle made by a direct blow system, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a multilayer bottle formed by a multilayer material containing a core layer by a gas barrier resin such as ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer and the outermost layer by polyolefine resin, 5-40 pts.wt. (for 100 pts.wt. polyolefine resin) straight-chain ultra-low density polyehylene resin is contained in the outermost layer. Thus, it is possible to obtain a bottle being not inferior to a prior art bottle in respective transparency and luster characteristics and excellent in freeze resistance.
