Abstract:
PURPOSE:To apply a stone wash treatment to jeans pants while preventing a damage of a washer tank by using a rotary washer tank in which plural processing stones are freely detachably fixed to the inner peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:Processing stones 60 composed of plural kinds of materials, e.g. pumice stone, grinding stone, artificial stone and rigid rubber such as a golf ball and having plural kinds of shapes such as hemispherical shape and conical shape are freely detachably fixed through respective metallic lock fittings to suitable positions among many supply and drain through holes 4b made in the inner peripheral surface of a washer tank 4 of a rotary drum type washer or an agitating blade type washer. Application of a stone wash treatment is carried out by charging jeans pants 5 to be treated into the washer tank 4, simultaneously supplying wash water thereto and subsequently rotating the washer tank 4.
