Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the flexibility and repeating bending capability of an electrode and to enhance battery performance by using a rubber-like porous sheet mixed with a conductive material as a component of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A positive outer jacket 1 and a negative outer jacket 2 both having a plate-shaped cross section are fixed through an insulating layer 8. A positive current collector 3, a positive electrode 4, a separator 5, a negative electrode 6, and a negative current collector 7 are accommodated in order from the outer jacket 1 side in the space formed by the outer jackets 1, 2. As the positive electrode 4, a polyaniline-polybutadiene complex sheet electrode obtained by electrolytically polymerizing aniline in the space of graphite- dispersed butadiene-styrene rubber porous sheet in a borofluoric acid aqueous solution in which aniline is dissolved is used. As the negative electrode, a lithium foil is used. As the electrolyte, the mixed solution of lithium borofluoride and propylene carbonate is used.
