Abstract:
PURPOSE:To evade a head loss corresponding to a trailing width by providing a programmable controller having a self-tuning function to controllingly calculate a deviation between a head tank water level measured value and a reference water level set value. CONSTITUTION:A programmable controller 801 having the self-tuning function executes, for example, the PID control calculation of the deviation between a measured value H of a water level sensor 6 of a head tank 1 and a reference water level set value H0, and a opening degree set value G0 of a guide vane is transmitted as the operation output. A pulse width output controller 802 executes, for example, the PI calculation of the deviation between a measured value G of a guide vane opening degree sensor 7 and the opening degree set value G0 of the guide vane, an operation output PW given with a pulse width signal is supplied to a guide vane operating mechanism of a turbine 3, and the opening degree is operated. Thus, the head loss to be caused while adjusting a trailing rate can be evaded.
