Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject mixture which comprises nylon staple fibers, specific heat-resistant fibers and cotton fibers and is used as a warp for a heat-resistant fabric having high durability and good beautiful appearance. CONSTITUTION: This tight staple fiber mixture of <=10 dtex/fiber comprises 5-20% (preferably 10-15%) of nylon staple fibers, 15-50% (preferably 15-35%) of heat-resistant fibers having a heat-resistant time of at least 0.018 sec/g/m<2> and a maximum safe percentage of oxygen of 25, and 30% (preferably 50%) of cotton fibers.
